摘 要：随着现代信息技术的发展，人们已经步入了信息社会，为了适应信息化的要求，教师必须具有专业的技术素养。随着教育技术的发展，一种更为必要的手段在教学活动之中应该出现，教师如何对于针对这些提升自己的能力变成了我们都应该面对的问题。为了应对一直以来教育改革的需求以及提升小学教师在课后运用教育技术的能力，教师的培训工作就显得特别的重要。随着教育现代化的发展，淮安已经实现教育现代化。教师只有具备2004年中华人民共和国教育部关于教学人员教育技术能力的四个标准，即意识与态度、知识与技能、应用与创新以及社会责任这四个能力标准，才能适应教育现代化的要求。54684

1 引言
1.1 研究目的与意义
