摘 要：为了系统地概括大学生人际交往的研究现状和影响因素，采用系统综述（systematic review）的方法对2000年至2015年之间这方面的相关研究进行归纳总结。该系统综述回答了如下3个问题：①大学生人际交往的现状；②大学生人际交往不同维度上的问题表现；③大学生人际交往的相关影响因素。结果发现，大学生人际交往的现状不是很乐观，存在一定人际困扰及严重人际困扰的人数达50%以上，且在人际交往的四个不同维度上，都存在一定程度的问题。从社会、学校、家庭、个体这四个方面来看的话，影响因素大致包括学校环境、互联网的兴起、家庭教养方式、成人依恋、人格、自尊、人口统计学因素等。73105

Abstract: In order to systematically summarized the research status and influence factors of college students' interpersonal communication, systematic review, systematic review) method to between 2000 and 2015, this paper summarizes the related research。 The system review answered the following three questions: (1) the current situation of college students' interpersonal communication; (2) college students' interpersonal interaction on the problems of different dimensions of performance; (3) related influence factors of college students' interpersonal communication。 The results show that the present situation of college students' interpersonal communication is not very optimistic, there are some problems of interpersonal and severe personal problems above 50%, and the number of and in the four different dimensions of interpersonal communication, there is a certain degree of problem。 From the society, school, family and inpidual four aspects to see these words, the influence factors include roughly the school environment, the rise of the Internet, family upbringing, adult attachment, personality, self-esteem and demographic factors。

1 引言
近年来，大学生的心理健康问题成为社会、高校及大学生都十分关注的问题。心理健康直接关系到大学生大学四年的学校生活质量，更甚者将影响到大学生步入社会后，能否完好适应。其中，人际交往是影响大学生心理健康状况的重要因素之一。论文网
