摘 要： 个性化的语文教学是根据目前素质教育的需求及全面达成语文教育的目标提出的。在小学阶段，培养学生的个性健全十分有必要。文章首先阐明小学语文个性化教学的定义与依据，它既是教师教学的个性化，也是学生学习的个性化。它根据学生的个体差异、学生以及教师的个性化发展三方面提出。其次，文章就其理论意义和现实意义进行讨论。一方面，有利于深入研究个性化教学理论；另一方面，有利于彰显小学语文教师自身独特的个性，发展学生的个性，促进教育的创新。最后，主要通过加强理论研究，创建个性化教学环境，塑造教师个性和变革评价标准等方面就如何建构小学语文个性化教学进行探索，这也是文章的重点。73404
