摘要:教师流失指教师脱离原工作岗位或者原地区而导致的教育资源外流,以及后出现继任者不胜任教职以及出现职位空缺的不良现象。在当前我国城乡差异背景下,教师流失成为了农村小学的一个无法回避的问题。本文通过对舞钢市A小学近十年来教师流失的统计以及部分教师访谈发现,农村小学教师流失的主要原因在于教师待遇偏低,经济压力大、工作与生活环境差、教师的职业发展需求得不到满足、家庭以及个人生活得不到满足。要解决农村教师流失问题,需要提高教师的待遇、改善教师工作环境、满足职业发展需求以及帮助解决其个人问题。83479

Analysis on the Reason of the loss of rural Primary School Teachers

Abstract: The loss of teachers refers to the education resources outflow from the original job or the original area, as well as the emergence of the successor is not competent for teaching and the emergence of job vacancies。 Under the background of the differences between urban and rural areas in China, the loss of teachers has become an unavoidable problem in rural primary schools。 Through interviews of Wugang City a primary school in the past ten years the loss of teachers of statistics and some teachers, this paper finds that, the main reason for the loss of rural primary school teachers is the treatment of teachers is low, economic pressure, poor working and living environment, teachers' professional development needs not to meet, family and personal life to meet。 To solve the problem of loss of rural teachers, the need to improve the treatment of teachers, improve the working environment of teachers, to meet the needs of career development and help to solve their personal problems。

——以舞钢市A小学为例
我国是农业大国,大部分公民都属于农民户口,自十六届五中全会上“三农”问题提出以来,国家大力支持与扶持农村的建设,“三农”是当代中国经济和社会发展的突出问题,其发展状况关乎我国现代化发展进程的深度与广度[1]。而“三农”问题的解决除了国家的正确领导外,更离不开教育方面的大力支持。而农村教育在培养未来农村人才、建设新农村、解决“三农”问题上起着至关重要的作用。教师是教育大厦的基石,如何建立一支“素质优良,数量充足,结构合理,相对稳定”的农村教师队伍是发展农村教育的关键[2]。然而现实中,由于地区发展与城乡发展的不平衡,再加上教育环境与教学条件、福利待遇等方面的差异,农村教师出现严重流失,致使农村教师队伍数量不足,其直接结果便是导致农村教师队伍的结构不合理与教育质量的下降,而教育质量的下降又会导致学生的流失,学生的流失便会导致学校竞争力的下降,从而进一步加剧教师的流失,长此以往,便会形成一个恶性循环,这将严重阻碍义务教育的普及与社会的发展[3]。 农村小学教师流失的原因分析:http://www.youerw.com/jiaoxue/lunwen_98424.html
