摘要：上海自由贸易试验区（Free Trade Zone）是我国政府设立在上海的区域性自由贸易园区，属中国自由贸易区范畴。应当说自贸区的设立是我国政府探索对外开放的新路径和新模式，促进转变当前经济增长方式和优化产业结构，以达到成为可推广、可复制、可服务全国的新模式的必然产物。中国当前经济虽仍然保持高速增长，但暴露出的问题也越来越引人注意，主要包括金融领域潜在风险加大、淘汰过剩产能任务艰巨、实体经济萎靡不振、内生增长动力不足等等。而实体经济的重新振兴与发展对于当前我国经济探索的新道路、新方式意义重大，设立上海自贸区其中一个重要目的正在于此——促进试验区实体经济的发展，形成可复制、可推广的模式，从而为更加长远的经济目标奠定坚实基础。本论文通过总结自贸区内实体经济发展可能遇到的各种制约因素，借鉴当前世界其他国家或地区成熟的自贸区运行经验，结合当下我国经济政策与形势，给出能够解决这些制约因素的方法，探索试验区实体经济发展的路径。20850

The exploration of path and constraints of the entity economy’s development in Shanghai Free Trade Zone
Abstract: Shanghai Free Trade Zone is a regional free trade zone which is set up by the Chinese government , belong to the category of China’s free trade zone. It should be said that the establishment of Shanghai FTZ is an inevitable outcome of the Chinese Government’s exploration of new paths and patterns of opening-up , promoting the transformation of economic growth mode and optimizing the current industry structure , in order to achieve a new pattern which can be extended and copied to serve the country's economy . Although China's current economy still maintains a rapid growth, but more and more problems exposed to the public’s , including the potential increased risk of the financial sector and eliminate excess capacity arduous task of real economic malaise , lack of endogenous growth momentum , and so on . And the revitalization and development of the entity economy means a lot to China’s current economic exploration for a new path , the establishment of Shanghai FTZ is one of the important purpose of this - promoting FTZ’s entity economy , forming a can-be-copied , replicable mode , so as to lay a solid foundation for a more long-term economic goal. This paper summarizes the various constraints that may be encountered to FTZ’s entity economy’s development , drawing on the experience of current mature FTZs from other countries or regions in the world , combining with the current situation of China's economic policies , giving methods to solve these constraints , exploring the path of the entity economy’s development.
