摘 要县域旅游产业因其突出的经济拉动效应近年来已经成为调整优化县域产业结构、促进区域经济发展升级的“助推器”。不少县域依托当地旅游产业带动了相关行业发展，促进了区域经济的发展。德清作为一个旅游产业快速发展的县城，由于受制于当地区位、资源、资金、政策等因素，在发展过程中面临了多样、复杂的瓶颈问题，制约了旅游产业的进一步升级。本文针对德清县域旅游产业发展中存在的一些不足问题着手，主要包括旅游开发条件，综合服务设施体系，旅游品牌形象，政府部门工作以及旅游业投资五个方面，提出相应的解决对策与建议。更好地将县域旅游产业与地方实况结合起来，发展特色旅游产业以实现新常态下区域经济新增长。88458
Abstract County tourism industry because of its outstanding economic growth has become " boost motor " of optimizing County’s industry structure and improving regional economic development。 A number of counties rely on local tourism industry to promote the development of related industry and the regional economy。 Deqing ，which gains rapid development in tourism industry，faces with a variety of complex bottlenecks in the development process due to the local location, resources, capital, policy and other factors。 These problems restrict the local tourism industry to further upgrade。 This paper mainly studies the shortcomings in the development of tourism industry in Deqing, including the condition of tourist development, integrated service facilities system, tourism brand image, the government related work and tourism investment five aspects, and puts forward the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions。 Integrate the county tourism industry with local conditions and develop of special tourism industry to finally achieve the regional economic development under the new normal。

一 引言
