P2P金融对小微电商企业融资的推动性研究

摘要本文以小微电商企业为例，通过文献收集、设置了调查问卷、定性访谈的方式，并实地考察我市一家小微电商企业，将其利用P2P平台融资作为具体案例进行分析，并从而延伸到小微电商企业对业务扩张中遇到的融资难问题，P2P是不错的解决途径之一。最后，为良好发挥P2P平台在缓解小微电商企业融资困难的现状中展现出的积极意义，本文结合实际情况，相应地提出一些建议。主要包括尽早完善企业社会征信体系，P2P平台扩大借贷服务范围，引入多种抵押物形式，借力电商平台提升P2P平台的产品创新能力和风险控制能力等。希望通过本次研究对P2P帮助电商小微企业融资方面的研究有一定促进作用。89920
