摘 要随着中国加入了WTO，国际经济贸易逐步增加，国际金融市场在国际经济领域发挥了至关重要的作用。这些作用主要体现在国际劳工运输，国际资本转让，国际货物出售，黄金和外汇买卖以及国际金融体系运作等方面。20世纪70年代以来，金融监管又一次成为国际金融界的热门话题。主要是因为这段时期以来的金融监管与之前相比发生了很大的变化。所以本文首先对于国际金融市场的发展与监管的概念进行介绍，接下来则分析了国际金融市场的发展及现状并进行了实例分析，再提出了我国监管所存在的一些问题并结合国际金融市场监督的发展对完善我国的金融监管提出了一些建议。89681
