摘要：在改革开放之后，我们国家开放了一批批出口加工区，在这其中，连云港出口加工区也是这其中的一批。在这样的背景之下，本论文主要是结合连云港出口加工区原本自己的发展状态，并且简述了连云港出口加工区的发展现状，其次通过文献研究、案例分析的方法从保税物流业发展、支柱型产业、资金问题、政府支持力度和优惠政策方面五个方面对连云港出口加工区发展中存在的问题与南京出口加工区进行了更进一步的对比研究，最后联系连云港出口加工区的具体案例对上述问题提出要强化仓储物流功能、尽快形成特色支柱产业、拓展项目发展、帮扶电商发展和政府出台相关政策的五个对策。91880
