摘    要

浙江省旅游经济大步发展的过程中也带动了浙江地区民宿产业的发展，但在民宿产业如火如荼前行的同时也不可避免地出现了诸多问题。在这里以共享经济为视角，列出民宿产业中的供需双方矛盾问题、民宿共享平台亟待解决的问题以及民宿共享经济这一创新模式下的法律问题。并对以上几个问题有针对性地提出解决方案，希望能够增强房东与房客双方之间的信任感，促进民宿共享经济平台建立完善有效的准则以限制某些不利于民宿产业长期发展的行为，同时也提出对于建立并完善民宿共享经济的相关法律法规这一对策，希望政府能够带领浙江省民宿产业走向更好更远的未来。85268
