摘要：近年来，欧美等发达国家日趋严苛的技术性贸易壁垒严重阻碍扬州市玩具产业的出口，出口情况并不乐观。本文首先阐述了扬州玩具企业的出口现状及面临的技术贸易壁垒，其次通过数据分析、案例分析的方法分析了技术贸易壁垒对扬州玩具出口的影响，最后提出扬州玩具企业出口遭遇技术贸易壁垒的三点原因：出口产品结构不适应国际市场需求，自主品牌意识薄弱，玩具出口产品质量低。针对这三点原因，关于扬州玩具出口企业如何应对技术贸易壁垒，进一步扩大玩具出口提出了提高自主创新能力，发展自主品牌和提高玩具产品质量三个对策。91883

Abstract ： In the recent years,the increasing harder trading technical barriers of the western developed countries are more and more hamful to the toy exporting business in Yangzhou , so the export situation is not optimistic。Firstly,this paper describes the current situation of the toy exporting in Yangzhou and the technical barriers to trade of toy industry。Secondly, it analyses the influence of the trading technical barriers by data analysis and case analysis。Finally,puts forward three reasons for the export of toy industry in Yangzhou encountered technical barriers to trade: the structure of the export product does not meet the demand of the international market, the awareness of independent brand is weak and low quality toy exports。For these three reasons, the paper puts forward three countermeasures:enhance the ability of independent innovation,develop independent brand and improve the quality of toys for the toy industries in Yangzhou how to deal with technical barriers to trade and further expand the export of toys。
