摘 要： 我国自从1978年以来，经历了40年的发展，经济体制改革快速成长，中小型企业也急迅壮大。中小型企业发育可以增加我国的财务收入，优化体制改革，逐渐的在中国国民经济中占主要位置，地位也渐渐提高。然而，中小企业被很多其他的因素制约，例如说技术水平落后、融资困难等等。在这些问题当中最主要的难题就是融资困难。本文分析叙述了中小型企业如今对国民经济的影响，确定中小型企业的界定标准，经济环境对中小型公司信贷影响较大的主要有政府和金融机构。以下对这两方面进行了研究，并对于中小企业融资难的问题提出对策，从企业内部自身以及外部政府和金融机构方面分析解决方法。92052
