摘 要: 作为现代化的必由之路和必需之策，新型城镇化已成为解决“三农问题”的重要途径。随着新型城镇化进程的加深，农民失去了原本的土地，而安置小区作为失地农民的集中居住地，其发展的过程中出现的问题和解决对策已逐渐成为学术研究的焦点。本课题将以镇江平昌新城为例，结合安置小区居住人员的收入消费、子女教育及就业状况，分析安置小区中的失地农民生活中存在的一些问题，并研究如何进一步提高安置小区失地农民生活的质量，以推动城乡经济的健康发展。92820

三十年多年以来，城镇化进程在我国得到了快速发展，如此一来，城市建设中对于土地的需求也就不断快速增加，从而使城市不断地向外围的农村进行扩张，但是由于新增城市用地受到了严格地域的管理限制，政府找到一种新的方式来节约利用农村土地，即土地流转[1]。正因为如此，近年来我国出现了越来越多的安置小区，安置小区中集中居住了拆迁的失地农民，这在一定程度上节约了土地。

一方面，安置小区是城镇化发展需要的产物，另一方面，安置小区在因拆迁带来的农民安置问题的解决方面也发挥着重要作用。本课题以苏南最大的安置小区之一的平昌新城为研究对象，对其失地农民的消费收入状况、就业水平及子女教育等方面进行了研究，并对这几方面所暴露出的问题提出了相应地对策建议。 城乡安置小区失地农民经济状况分析以镇江新区平昌新城为例:http://www.youerw.com/jingji/lunwen_200552.html
