摘要在分享经济下，闲置物品网络交易越来越渗透进我们的日常生活，众多的闲置交易网站和手机软件为我们提供了良好的平台。本文基于这一大背景，在阅读大量文献的基础上,首先对闲置物品网络交易的研究背景、发展趋势以及概念进行综述，还利用问卷调查的形式研究分析了闲置物品网络交易的发展现状并指出存在的三方面的问题：一是普及率不高，宣传不足，二是信息不对称，三是售后保障体系不健全，针对这三点并提出了相应的解决对策：首先要加强宣传，激发潜力；其次要完善信息发布制度；最后要建立完善的售后保障体系。89349
AbstractIn sharing economy times, more and more trading of idle items through the internet come into our daily life,many idle trading sites and a large amount of mobile software provide several good platforms for us。 Based on this background，the paper first summarizes the research background, development trend and concept of the trading of idle items through the internet after reading a large number of literatures。 And I analysis current situation by the results of a questionnaire,and piont out three problems of the trading of idle items through the internet,they are low popularity level and less of publicity, information asymmetry,bad customer service。So,Three countermeasures are put forward:First,expand publicity and develop the potential。Second,perfect the information of items。Third,improve the customer service。
