摘 要： 在经济快速发展、信息化水平不断提高的背景下，电子商务不断向农村区域渗透。与此同时，国家出台多项政策推动农村电子商务发展的进程。本文通过分析泗洪县农村电子商务的发展现状，找出了泗洪县农村电子商务发展中面临的农民思想观念、基础设施状况、电商人才、政府监督管理等方面的问题，有针对性地提出加大电商知识宣传力度、加快基础设施建设、加强电商人才培养、加强对电商活动监督管理的对策，以推动泗洪县农村电子商务的进一步发展。93048
