摘 要：随着我国网络经济的不断发展，金融改革的逐步推进及监管的逐渐放开，互联网金融产品发展迅速，各类网络借贷平台应运而生，针对学生群体的贷款平台也逐步成为众多网贷公司的重要业务。本文通过大学生网络借贷平台的发展背景、特点、业务类型等方面的分析，指出大学生网络借贷平台在信用、资金流动性、信息披露、合规、政策等方面存在的风险，通过分析风险存在的原因，提出在国家监管层面、行业规范层面、平台管理层面的风险防范对策，希望为大学生网络借贷行业的健康发展贡献一份力量。93260

Abstract: With the continuous development of China's Internet economy, the gradual progress of financial reform and the gradual liberalization of supervision, Internet financial products developed rapidly and widely。 A variety of online loan platforms came into the lives of people, the loan platforms for student group has gradually become the main business of many Internet loan company。 Based on the analysis of the origin, characteristics and patterns of online college student loan platforms, this paper finds out the risks of credit, liquidity, information disclosure, compliance, policy and so on。 through the analysis of the reasons for the existence of risks, put forward risk control countermeasures in aspects of the national supervision, industry norms and platform management contributing to the development of online college student loan industry。

1 引言
近年来，随着经济的快速发展，网络科技不断更新，互联网技术被运用到许多行业，产生了一大批融合网络技术的新型行业模式。特别是金融行业与互联网技术的融合，产生了全新的互联网金融行业，极大地便利了人们的生活，大学生网络借贷便是在此背景下产生的一种新业务。论文网
