苏州市低碳城市建设的经济模式和路径建议摘要：建设低碳城市是促进节能减排和经济社会持续发展的重要战略举措，成为未来城市 发展的重要导向和路径选择。本文在界定低碳城市内涵和分析碳排放现状基础上，采用建 模情景分析方法，对苏州市中长期的碳排放格局进行分析，结果显示：苏州市碳排放总量 增加但碳排放强度不断降低；综合性“低碳社会”经济模式适合苏州中长期建设；从优化 低碳空间总体布局、加快低碳产业发展、转变能源发展方式、引导公民绿色低碳生活消费 和提高低碳意识素养五大路径进行低碳城市建设。93517

Abstract:The construction of low-carbon cities is an important strategic initiative to promote energy conservation and emission reduction and sustainable economic and social development。 It is an important guide and path choice for future urban development。 Based on the definition of low carbon city connotation and analyze the present situation on the basis of carbon emissions, using modeling scenario analysis method, analysis of suzhou city medium carbon structure, the result shows: suzhou carbon emissions increase but reduce carbon emissions intensity; The comprehensive "low carbon social" economic model is suitable for the long-term construction of suzhou。 From optimization of low carbon space overall layout, accelerating the development of low carbon industry, change the pattern of China's energy development, guide citizens green consumption and raise awareness of low carbon low carbon life literacy five path for low-carbon city construction。
