摘 要：为了促进中小型企业健康发展，加强中小企业财务管理已成为社会性的责任。本文首先介绍了中小型医疗企业的现状和发展前景，用财务管理理论详细分析了绍医疗器械行业的发展，以扬州亚光医疗器械有限公司为例分析了中小医疗器械行业财务管理中普遍存在的问题，对亚光医疗公司的偿债能力、营运能力、盈利能力进行具体分析，并对此做出评价，发现其经营过程中的问题，提出加强医疗器械行业财务管理的对策。93603
