摘 要：盐城市是传统的农业大市，农业生产是事关当地民生的关键问题。但农业经常受到自然条件和市场风险的制约，农业保险作为重要的风险分散手段，成为了当地农业生产保障的重要内容。本文以盐城市的政策性农业保险为研究对象，简单介绍了政策性农业保险的概念和特点，在分析发展现状的基础上深入探讨了盐城市政策性农业保险面临政府宣传、办事效率、查勘定损、赔付门槛和保险条款等方面的问题，从加大宣传力度、加强队伍建设、创新勘察方式、提高投保理赔效率、降低部分险种赔付标准和完善保险条款等五个方面提出建议。93702

Abstract:Yancheng city is one of the traditional agriculture area, agricultural production is a key problem relates to the local people's livelihood。But agriculture is often restricted by natural conditions and market risk, agricultural insurance as an important means of persification, it is an important content of the local agricultural production security。In yancheng city of policy-related agricultural insurance as the research object, and simply introduces the concept and characteristics of policy-related agricultural insurance, based on the analysis of current situation of the development of yancheng was discussed on the basis of the policy agricultural insurance faces government propaganda, efficiency and threshold of survey fee, compensation and insurance clauses and so on, from increasing propaganda, strengthen team construction, innovation survey way, and improve the settling efficiency, lower part insurance underwriting standards and improve the insurance clauses and so on five aspects are also proposed。
