摘 要：“互联网+”在产业结构升级过程中扮演着重要的角色，但对此较为详尽系统的研 究并不多见。本文借助全国信息社会指数（ISI）和产业结构层次系数分别衡量我国“互 联网+”发展水平和产业结构升级程度，采用 2010 年-2015 年省际面板数据进行实证 分析，探究“互联网+”对我国产业结构升级的影响，分析结果表明：“互联网+”发展 对我国产业结构升级有显著的推动作用，“互联网+”对东中西部地区产业结构升级的 影响程度虽略有差异，但总体上有显著的推动作用。

Analysis of the Influence of “Internet Plus”on the Upgrading of Industrial Structure

Abstract：“Internet Plus” plays an important role in the process of the upgrading of industrial structure, but a more detailed study about the relationship between them is rare. Taking the national informational society index(ISI) and industrial hierarchy coefficient, this paper describes the development of Internet and changes in the industrial structure respectively. By using the panel data of China’s 31 provinces from 2010 to 2015, this paper analyses the influence of “Internet Plus” on the upgrading of industrial structure. The panel data shows that “Internet Plus” has a significantly positive influence on the upgrading of industrial structure. Although the influence of “Internet Plus” on the upgrading of industrial structure in the eastern, middle and western regions is slightly different, it plays a positive role in the upgrading of industrial structure in general.
