摘 要近年来，由于经济全球化的影响和人们对生活水平质量要求的不断提高，使我国国内消费群体对海外进口产品的需求不断增长，跨境进口零售电商就在这样的环境下开始迅速发展，并经过近几年的发展和探索形成了各具特色的商业模式和供应模式。89756
跨境进口零售电商行业规模的快速发展导致国内对于供应链管理的水平没有及时跟上，多元化发展的商业模式和供应模式使得跨境进口电商平台的供应链也呈现出复杂化的趋势，导致企业对供应链的管理难度升级。本文通过总结现有的文献资料中对跨境进口零售电商行业的整体描述，并运用内容分析法去印证和分析我国跨境进口零售电商行业的发展现状和存在的诸多问题，通过SCOR供应链运作模型对行业内主要的商业模式进行对比分析研究和对上游供应模式的探究，找出了存在于行业中的一些短板，并针对这些短板为我国跨境进口零售电商平台提出了一些可行的优化建议。
