摘要公司治理的关键是股权结构已为众所周知。股权结构的不同会为企业创下不一样的经营绩效。本文的研究对象是国内机械行业的上市公司，从这些上市公司出发来纵观我国的机械行业股份集中度对企业绩效的影响。本文的研究方法是以理论研究为基础，并与实证模型和计量分析相结合。文中首先介绍了此次研究的背景，然后陈述了研究的意义，进而回顾了国内外相关的理论研究成果。其次，对股权集中度与企业绩效等相关的基础知识和概念进行了梳理。接着，从中国的具体实际出发提出了展望，做了相关假设。最后，通过具体实例得出最终结论，并且在此基础上尝试明确机械上市公司的大体优化方向。希望机械行业上市公司可以据此安排合理的股权结构，从而使企业经营绩效得到显著提高。27634

Title An empirical study on the relationship between ownership concentration and firm performance Chinese mechanical industry listing Corporation
Abstract
As is known to all, corporate governance is the key to ownership structure. Ownership structure of the different enterprises sets different performance. Object of this study is the domestic machinery industry listed company. From the perspective of these listed companies, China's machinery industry share concentration effect on enterprise performance. This research method is based on the theoretical study，and combined with empirical research and statistical analysis. Firstly, this paper introduces the background to the study. Then presents the significance of the study. And reviewed related research results. Secondly, the article put ownership concentration and corporate performance summarizes’ basic knowledge in order. Thirdly, the article put on the specific reality of China paper, and make relevant assumptions. Finally, the article drawn final conclusions through examples. And try to clear direction of mechanical optimization of listed companies on this basic. Hope that the machinery industry can structured stakes structure of listed companies，and business performance can be greatly improved.

1 绪论
1.1 研究目的
第一,现在我国学术界对于上市公司股权结构的研究主要针对于以下两个问题：股权结构的影响因素以及优化股权结构的建议和措施。到目前为止，大量研究文献对于股权结构与企业绩效之间的关系的研究都是从宏观层面上展开。本文就只针对国内单个行业上市公司的股权集中度和企业绩效进行深入探讨和实证分析。
