摘要房地产中介行业虽然是个新兴产业，但是自从房地投入到市场中变为自由交易之后，就决定了房地产中介产业一定是个炙手可热的产业。但目前我国的房地产中介市场还存在着许多问题，需要我们进一步的探索，并发现更好的解决措施。从而使我国的房地产中介市场能够更加规范、有序、蓬勃的发展。本文先介绍了房地产中介这个行业，展现了我国房地产中介行业的发展历程，分析了当前我国的房地产中介市场发展趋势。然后以徐州市为例，通过文字性描述分析了徐州市房地产中介市场中存在的问题，并提出了解决这些问题的措施。最后，对徐州市房地产中介行业未来的发展趋势进行了一定的分析与估计，并提出了对徐州市特色房地产中介行业建设的思考。26110

Abstract
Real estate intermediary industry is an emerging industry, but since the real estate into the market to trade freely, determines the real estate intermediary industry must be a hot industry. But at present our country real estate intermediary market still exist many problems, we need to further explore, and find better solutions. Makes the real estate intermediary market of our country will be more standardized, orderly and rapid development. Then taking Xuzhou city as an example, through the analysis of the textual description problems in Xuzhou city real estate intermediary market, and puts forward the measures to solve these problems.
