摘要市场经济快速发展，技术创新已经成为影响企业竞争力的关键因素之一，江苏省一直以来是全国技术创新的领头省份，近年来江苏省内中小企业快速发展，中小企业技术创新与成长性的研究成为特点问题之一。本研究基于113家中小企业板和创业板注册地为江苏省的上市公司为样本展开研究，构建技术创新模型，并分析技术创新与成长性的关系。结果表明，研发支持投入、技术人员投入、高管技术投入、专利投入和企业规模都对技术创新有正向的影响作用；技术创新和成长性的回归明显，呈现显著的正相关关系。基于此，本文提出关于中小企业政策制定和自身发展的建议。30522

Title Research of the relationship between technological
innovation and growth of SEMs in Jiangsu Province
Abstract
Along with the development of market economy, technological innovation has been one of the important competitiveness of enterprises. Jiangsu Province is always leading the technological innovation in China, and it provides good business environment for SMEs .This paper describes the dimensions of technological innovations and to investigate whether there is a relationship between technological innovation and growth. There are 113 study samples from SME and GEM Board used in this study.
This study brings out that investments in R&D, technical staff, patents, the background of executives and firm scales have positive impacts on the technological innovation, and there is a significant relationship between technological innovation and the growth of SEMs.
In the end, the paper upgrades the whole thinking of improving technological innovation system in SEMs and suggestions to governments and enterprises.
