摘要：现如今，中国铁路国际集装箱在运输市场中发展空间巨大，这是因为西部大开发正在推进，内地的进出口贸易也在逐渐原本在沿海的重点。而目前铁路在国际箱运输市场中的份额不足3%,所以铁路集装箱运输要加快改革和发展,积极参与多式联运,大力拓展国际箱运输市场,发挥铁路技术经济优势,积极发展中长距离国际箱运输。但是在这样的发展中同时伴随着许多的问题，例如：铁路国际箱专用车不足,线路通过能力紧张；现有集装箱货场设备条件差,管理水平低；铁路运价缺乏灵活机制；信息系统不能满足国际箱运输的要求；铁路国际箱运输品牌意识不强。针对这些问题，可以采取的相应措施有：建立大型集装箱货场；快信息化建设；采取灵活的运价政策；搭建国际箱的进出平台；建立铁路专门的管理队伍。30566

Chinese Container Transport International Development Research ---- A Case Study of Railway International Container Transport
Abstract：Today, China Railway International Container Transport Market has huge space for development, it is because the western development is advancing, import and export trade in the mainland is gradually focused originally from the coast. However, the current share of international container rail transport market is less than 3%, so the railway container transport should speed up reform and development, and actively participate in the intermodal transport, and vigorously expand the international container transport market, play technical and economic advantages of the railway, and actively developing international container transport in a long distance. However, such development is accompanied by many problems, such as: lack of international rail tank car dedicated to line capacity tight; poor conditions of existing container yard equipment, low management level; lack of flexible railway mechanisms tariffs; information system can not meet international container transport requirements; the brand awareness of international container rail transport is not strong.To solve these problems, appropriate measures can be taken are: the establishment of a large container yard; fast information technology; take a flexible tariff policy; out of the box to build an international platform; the establishment of a dedicated railway management team.
