摘要人民币国际化近年以来一直是社会和学术界关注的热点及重点问题，随着人民币的国际货币地位日益提高，人民币在亚洲地区发挥的国际货币作用也越来越明显。2007年在美国次贷危机席卷全球后,我国政府深刻认识到在世界的贸易中中过度依赖美元将会带来巨大风险,在此次危机后我国政府开始思考和加速人民币的国际化进程,分别从国际贸易、资本流动等方面加快人民币国际化进程。在世界经济全球化、一体化的条件下，中小企业发展成为全球性的企业己经成为世界经济不可阻挡的一股潮流，伴随着人民币国际化步伐的加速，我国中小企业发展进程加快，因此有必要探讨在新的形势下人民币国际化对我国中小企业发展的影响。纵观当下国内外文献，很少有人将人民币国际化与中小企业发展二者相联系进而研究人民币国际化对我国中小企业的发展。关于人民币国际化对我国中小企业发展的影响，本文主要从以下3个方面研究：（1）根据国内外相关理论研究对人民币国际化以及其对中小企业国际化发展的影响进行阐述；（2）对人民币国际化的成因、现状及实现的条件进行分析；（3）分别从对外贸易、海外投融资、跨国经营等方面分析人民币国际化对我国中小企业发展的影响。30651

Abstract:
The internationalization of the RMB in recent years has been the attention of the society and academic circles and the key problems, as the international currency status is increasing day by day, the RMB in Asia play a role in the international monetary is becoming more and more obvious. Particularly after American subprime mortgage crisis broke out, China's government has deep understanding to the excessive reliance on the dollar in international trade and capital flows will lead to the risk. Thus began to accelerate the process of RMB internationalization, respectively from the cross-border trade settlement, offshore financial market, foreign direct investment, onshore advance process of RMB internationalization market opening, etc. Financial globalization and economic integration environment, the internationalization development of small and medium-sized enterprises has become one of the important trend of the world economy, with the accelerated pace of RMB internationalization, the development speed up the development of small and medium-sized enterprises in our country, so it is necessary to explore under the new situation the internationalization of the RMB the impact on the development of small and medium-sized enterprises in China. Throughout the literature at home and abroad, found that few of the RMB internationalization and both linked to the development of small and medium-sized enterprises and thus of RMB internationalization of small and medium-sized enterprises development.About the internationalization of the RMB to the influence of the development of small and medium-sized enterprises in our country, in this paper, the following three aspects of study:(1) according to the theory of domestic and foreign relevant research and literature review on the internationalization of the RMB is expounded;(2)the present situation and influence in the causation of the internationalization of the RMB is analyzed;(3)respectively, from the perspectives of foreign trade, overseas investment and financing, analyzed the impact of the RMB internationalization of the development of small and medium-sized enterprises of our country.
