摘要：随着中国加入世界贸易组织以及世界经济一体化趋势的进一步加强，中国在遭受越来越多反倾销调查的同时，也成为越来越多国家廉价商品的倾销对象。因此，本文主要分析了目前国内反倾销面临的问题，相关立法不足，企业意识不够，行业协会未发挥作用，企业“搭便车”行为严重 。对此，也针对性的提出了一些建议对策，健全相关法律法规，企业要树立相应意识，充分发挥行业协会的作用，规避“搭便车”行为。最后，对全文做了一定总结，认为企业只有不断改革、发展、创新，才能真正的保证我国立于不败之地。35616

The Current Chinese Anti-dumping Faces Question And Countermeasure
Abstract：With the further development of the trend of world economic integration and China's accession to WTO, China suffered more and more anti-dumping investigation at the same time, more and more countries have become the object of dumping cheap goods. Therefore, this paper mainly analyzes the present domestic anti-dumping problems, the lack of relevant legislation, lack of awareness of enterprises, industry associations did not play a role in the enterprise "free ride" behavior seriously. In this regard, also puts forward some suggestions and countermeasures, and perfect the relevant laws and regulations, enterprises should set up the consciousness, and give full play to the role of industry associations, to avoid the "free rider" behavior. Finally, the paper made a summary on, thinks that enterprise reform, development, innovation, in order to truly ensure that our remain invincible.

当前我国反倾销面临的问题及对策
前言
中国加入WTO后，进口关税降低，非关税贸易壁垒减少，大量外国廉价商品倾销我国，占据我国市场，很多中国企业产品逐渐失却原有优势，面临严重危机。 世贸组织明确规定过，当一方国家采取恶意竞争方式，将低廉产品倾销至另一国家，欲以破坏当地产业，侵占其市场时，进口国可以采用合理的反倾销方式予以抵制来保护本国市场。因此，中国的企业在面对其他国家低价倾销商品恶意竞争时，应当采取这一规定来保护自身的合法利益，减少损失。我国是世界上遭遇他国反倾销调查及采取反倾销措施最多的国家之一，但是反过来当我国遇到其他国家不正当竞争的倾销行为时，我国的许多企业或政府对他们实施的反倾销措施却并不那么积极有力，更有甚者，有的企业居然选择沉默，不付诸任何行动。 当前我国反倾销面临的问题:http://www.youerw.com/jingji/lunwen_33649.html
