摘 要：随着我国经济的不断发展，对外开放的程度不断增强，与各国的经济交流日益密切，国际贸易中存在的问题就日渐显现。稀土作为重要的战略资源，在国际贸易出口中存在着不少的问题：乱开滥采破坏环境、稀土出口中价值与价格不符、管理粗放、走私严重等。本文从我国稀土产品的出口的现状入手，分析稀土产品在国际贸易出口中存在的比较突出的问题，以及提出相应的解决方法，促进我国稀土产品出口贸易的发展。36456

The Present Situation, Problems And Countermeasures in China's Exports of Rare Earth Products
Abstract：With the continuous development of our country's economy, to enhance the degree of opening up to the outside world, increasingly close economic exchanges with other countries, The problems increasingly arise in the international trade. As an important strategic resources, the export of rare earth production seems to have a lot of problems. Such as careless working damages the environment; The value and the price does not match in the export of rare earth; management in export of rare earth production is Extensive; serious smuggling exists in export of rare earth production, and so on.This article start with the basic status of rare earth resources in China, it analysis the problem in export of rare earth production, and then aimed at these problems present countermeasures from two aspects--the comprehensive management of industrial chain and strengthen the export control.

我国稀土产品出口的现状、问题及对策
前言
我国的稀土资源是重要的战略性资源，在全世界具有明显的资源优势。我国的稀土资源在世界上有着较大优势，是大自然赐予中华民族的宝贵财富。同时，稀土资源是中国走向世界高端工业所必需的基础材料。自我国开始出口稀土产品以来，我国开始逐渐成为稀土产品生产量、稀土产品出口量、稀土产品消费量均居世界前沿的稀土大国。随着稀土贸易的长期发展，在国际稀土产品市场上我国逐渐成为稀土供应大国。但是出口的稀土产品技术含量低、结构不合理，走私现象严重、国家出口监管困难等问题在我国的稀土产品的出口方面也存在着。虽然我国拥有丰富的稀土资源，但出口产品多为初级产品，我国的资源优势、产业优势并没有转化成为我国的经济优势、国家优势，就目前而言我国只是稀土大国而不是稀土强国。为了增强我国稀土产品的竞争力，促进我国稀土产品出口贸易蓬勃发展，希望通过对我国稀土产品出口贸易的现状的分析，可以发现我国稀土产品出口贸易存在的问题，针对这些问题提出对国家和企业提出有用的对策。 我国稀土产品出口的现状问题及对策:http://www.youerw.com/jingji/lunwen_34915.html
