摘 要：伴随着经济全球化进程在全世界范围内的加速发展，发展外向型农业成为了世界农业发展的主潮流。大力发展外向型农业是河南省将农业发展推入新阶段的必然要求，也是农业保持可持续发展的客观要求。通过对河南省外向型农业发展的现状、优势条件和存在的问题等方面的分析研究，我们可以发现，河南省要调整相关农业产业结构，培育外向型龙头企业，加快建设农产品生产和出口基地，大力发展区域特色农产品；加大科技投入，提升外向型农业生产的科技水平；建立和完善农产品质量检测体系，确保农产品质量；加大政府扶持力度，增强招商引资能力，提高国际市场的多元化水平，通过这些方面的措施来提高农业对外开放，进一步促进外向型农业的发展。36667
