摘 要：长期以来，河南省农产品产量居全国前列，但它的出口却很难扩增。近年来随着经济全球化的飞速发展，要想进一步发展我省的农业，河南省就应该把目光放眼整个国际市场，扩大我省的农产品出口规模。本文深入分析我省农产品的出口贸易状况，农产品出口贸易占我省总出口量的比重，农产品出口市场结构以及综合我省农业在出口领域的几项优势，根据河南省的出口质量检测体制有待完善，农产品质量较低，出口市场比较单一以及出口结构较为混乱，专业人才匮乏以及出口政策有待改革等制约我省农产品出口的因素，并针对性分地提出发展我省农产品出口贸易的策略。36671

Henan Agricultural Product Export Trade Problems and Countermeasures Research
Abstract：For a long time, henan agricultural output ranked among the top nationwide, but its exports is difficult to amplify. In recent years, with the rapid development of economic globalization, in order to further development of agriculture in our province, henan province should focus in the international market, expand the scale of our province's agricultural exports. This paper makes detailed analyses of current situation of agricultural product export trade in our province, agricultural exports accounted for the proportion of total exports in our province, agricultural products export market structure and integrated several advantages in the field of our province agriculture in exports, according to henan province needs to improve export quality inspection system, low quality of agricultural products, the export market is unitary and export structure is relatively chaos, lack of professional talents and export policies to restrict factors of agricultural exports in our province, the reform of agricultural product export trade in our province and put forward corresponding points development strategy.

河南省农产品出口贸易问题及对策研究
前言
河南省是全国重要的粮、棉、油生产基地，农民收人的60%以上来自农产品种植。然而根据当前情况来看，虽然河南省是我国的农业大省，但一直是出口小省。多年以来，农产品出口贸易量只有我国贸易总量的2%左右，农产品出口对整个省经济发展的贡献极微，河南省农产品出口规模明显偏小。为此，笔者探究了扩大河南省农产品出口贸易的方法与对策。
