摘 要：食品加工业一直是国内非常重要的产业，本文从资源优势、出口额度、发展前景以及产业集群四个方面对食品加工业的发展现状进行了详细分析，进而剖析了食品加工业中存在的主要问题，在此基础上提出了河南省食品加工业发展的对策建议，主要体现在科技创新水平的提高、对食品加工业的金融支持、食品加工业产业结构的调整和严格做好食品安全工作。36670

当前形势下河南省食品加工业发展问题研究
前言
近几年，河南省食品加工业得到了众多支持和发展，进步飞速，逐渐成为全省举重就轻的产业，但是食品加工业还存着许多不足之处，阻挡了河南省食品加工业的更深层次的发展。为了能够壮大食品加工业，提升食品加工业的发展水平，就必须要制定一系列措施来弥补食品加工业的不足。食品加工业作为河南省的支柱产业，对促进社会经济的发展起着非常重要的作用。
一、食品加工业概述
（一）食品加工产业的界定
食品加工业其实就是将原始的可以吃的东西经过一些加工处理，做成一种新式可以直接食用的产品。食品的优劣与食品加工业的精深加工程度有着非常密切的关系。食品的原料都是动植物，动植物又是农副产品。所以，食品工业与农业有着密切的关系。发展农业的关键就是大力发展食品加工业。发展农业是发展食品工业最基本的保障。我国工厂生产的周期只有一个月的番茄制品罐头，而在罗马尼亚开发的番茄新品种可以使生产周期提高到三个月左右。农副产品大部分都很容易腐烂，如果可以及时进行加工，就能大大地减少不必要的损失和消耗，增加食品供应量，延长食品供应时间；同时还能提高产品收益，加快产业的发展。食品工业的一些其他附属产品还可以作为饲料以及其他方面的生产制作。 当前形势下河南省食品加工业发展问题研究:http://www.youerw.com/jingji/lunwen_35228.html
