摘要：沿湖农场位于微山湖畔，是淮海经济区繁育优质良种的大型基地，产量在全省遥遥领先，作为国家级万亩小麦高产创建示范区，沿湖农场有“江苏麦王”之称。近年沿湖农场在农场领导和全场农民的共同努力下，粮食产量实现了稳步增长、基础设施建设不断完善、产业结构优化、创新能力大幅度提升，但与此同时，也存在着劳动力不足、粮食生产分散、规模化程度低、品牌效应不明显等问题。为使沿湖农场粮食产业得到进一步发展，本文在分析了沿湖农场粮食产业发展现状的基础上，深入剖析了现阶段存在的诸多问题，并提出落实人才培养政策，优化区域布局，引导土地流转等针对性措施，通过多方面的共同努力来为沿湖农场粮食产业的长足发展不断提供新活力。77593

Abstract：Yanhu farm is seated in weishan lakeside, it is a breeding of high quality wheat, rice seeds large base in the huaihai economic zone, leading production in the province,as a national ten thousand mu of wheat high-yield demonstration area, it is known as jiangsu mic king。 In recent years, its output has increased recent years, and its infrastructure has improvemented, its development mechanism and innovation ability has promoted; But there are also labor shortages, lower degree of intensive and large scale,lagging brand cultivation, and other issues。 In order to further development, this paper is based on the situation of the grain industry,researching present problems,and put forward countermeasures for it。 we should carry out the personnel policy, optimize the regional layout, and improve the farmland multiple cropping index。 Only though the joint effect can support the grain industry。
