摘要中亚作为“一带一路”上土地资源丰富的地区，与我国在农业方面存在着极强的互补性。本文主要通过PESTEL分析模型从政治、经济、社会、技术、环境、法律六大方面对“一带一路”倡议下我国与中亚的农业合作进行综合评价分析。分析表明，“一带一路”倡议为我国与中亚的农业合作创建了一个相对稳定的政治环境；在资金融通等方面给予了很大的经济支持；促进了双方在农业技术领域的交流；为双方农业投资提供了更为和谐便利的社会生态环境；提高了双方农业合作的法律保障。未来，为了进一步加强我国与中亚的农业合作，本文认为，我国应进一步扩大与中亚农产品贸易的便利化，深化与中亚的农业技术合作及投资合作。82900

Title PESTEL Analysis on the Agricultural Cooperation between China and Cental Asia under the Background of ‘One Belt,One Road’
Abstract
As an area with rich land resources on the ‘One Belt,One Road’,Central Asia has a strong complementarity with China in agriculture。By using PESTEL model,this paper gives a comprehensive analysis on the agricultural cooperation between China and Central Asia at the background of ‘One Belt,One Road’ from six different aspects of political,ecnomic,social,technological ,environmental and legal。Analysis showed that ‘One Belt,One Road’ create more stable political environment for the agricultural cooperation between China and Central Asia,give big support of loan to bilateral agricultural investment, enhance bilateral communication of agrotechnique,provide more harmonious social and ecological environment and reinforce the law guarantee of the agricultural cooperation。To strengthen the agricultural cooperation between China and Central Asia in the future,China need to facilitate bilateral agricultural products’ trade and deepen the cooperation of agricultural investment and technology。
