摘要：随着全球经济一体化的发展，危险品航空运输的增长幅度很大，危险品航空运输的市场需求也逐年增长。本文先通过剖析国内外航空危险品物流的发展现状，提出进一步强化并完善航空危险品物流管理的必要性和重要性。并结合国外航空危险品物流管理的先进方法并通过理论实践研究，提出发展我国航空危险品物流的相应对策：建立规范、统一的航空危险品物流行业标准；加速物流技术的改进和推广，设计危险品物流网络；建立联合控制机制，用信息化推动物流现代化；建立航空危险品物流管理信息平台，优化整合危险品物流社会资源；制定航空危险品物流业发展的鼓励政策。36993

The Present Development Situation and Countermeasure Analysis of International Aviation Logistics Dangerous Goods
Abstract: With the development of global economic integration, the growth of air transport of dangerous goods is very huge, the market demand of air transport of dangerous goods is increasing year by year. First, this article analyzes the current development of international aviation dangerous goods logistics at home and abroad, put forward to strengthen the necessity and importance of aviation dangerous goods logistics management. Combining with the aviation dangerous goods logistics management of foreign advanced method and practice it, put forward the corresponding countermeasures, establish a standardized and unified aviation dangerous goods logistics industry standards; accelerate the improvement and popularization of the technology of logistics, and design a dangerous goods logistics network; set up joint control mechanism, use information to promote logistics modernization; establish information platform, optimize the social resources integration of logistics of dangerous goods; encourage policy of aviation dangerous goods logistics.

我国航空危险品物流的发展是从1950年左右开始起步的。当时主要的航空危险品物流运输的货物品种非常单一。中国民航局也先后拟定了一些法律法规。随后的十年里，能与中国民航通航的也仅有苏联、蒙古、越南、朝鲜和缅甸等几个国家。国际、国内货运量是非常有限的。1961年后，为了确保航空运输的安全，民航客运和货运航班规定不能携带危险化学品和含有放射性同位素的货物。但随着时间的流逝，中国的对外贸易日趋活跃，新航线也相继出现。随着航空危险品物流的需求不断增加，以北京为出发点开往世界各地的航线也应运而生。虽然原来的国内航线不能作为危险货物运输的方式，然而正因为化学工业的需求不断增加，我国民航运输部门也将不得不面对这个问题是否可以收运危险物品，并且怎么去界定该物品为危险品。另外，从国外进入我国境内的一些货物中也不乏含有很多危险物品，所以说，当时我国的航空危险品物流的发展也是举步文艰的。 国际航空业危险品物流发展现状及对策分析:http://www.youerw.com/jingji/lunwen_35506.html
