摘  要：市场经济体制的逐步健全，带动了河南经济的快速发展，河南中小企业在完善市场供应、提供就业岗位、增加国民收入和财政收入方面发挥了不可替代的作用，也成为推动河南经济发展的主要动力。但由于受自身、银行、资本市场、政府等方面因素的影响，融资存在着困境，阻碍着河南中小企业的发展。本文从河南省实际情况出发，首先分析了河南中小企业的融资现状，再次研究出现融资困境的问题、原因，最后依据原因从企业、金融机构、资本市场和政府四个方面对河南中小企业融资提出相应的对策建议，以寻求路径方案，突破融资瓶颈，实现河南经济新飞跃。 82375

Research on The Problems and Countermeasures of The Financing of Small and Medium Sized Enterprises in Henan

Abstract：Market economic system gradually perfect, has driven the rapid development of Henan economy, small and medium enterprises in Henan in the perfect market supply, to provide jobs, increasing national income and fiscal revenue has played an irreplaceable role, has also become a driving main driving force of economic development in Henan。 However, due to their own, banks, capital markets, the government and other factors, the existence of financing difficulties, hindering the development of SMEs in Henan。 Starting from the actual situation of Henan Province, first to the small and medium-sized enterprise financing the general, again the financing difficulties, the reasons for, and reasons from the enterprises themselves, financial institutions, capital market and government to support the four aspects of financing small and medium enterprises in Henan put forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions, to seek a path scheme, to break through the bottleneck of financing, the new leap of Henan economy。
