摘要随着电子商务的快速发展，基于电子商务平台的互联网融资模式也随之出现，并且成为一种传统借贷模式的有效补充，可以有效缓解中小企业贷款难的问题。本文主要是从基于电子商务的角度出发，对互联网融资的含义、模式等进行研究。以阿里小贷为例更加详细解说了它的优势和局限性，基于案列针对阿里小贷所表现出来的一些问题提出自己看法与建议。并在此基础上对互联网融资这种新型的融资模式提出了一些相关的对策和建议44096

With the rapid development of e-commerce, Internet financing pattern based on e-commerce platform has also emerged. And it becomes an effective complement of traditional lending patterns and can effectively relieve the small and medium-sized enterprises’ loan difficult problem. Paper firstly has carried on the system research about the implication and the main mode of financing on the Internet based on the Angle of e-commerce platform. For example, the paper explains in detail the advantages and limitations of Alibaba microfinance co., LTD, and put forward own views and Suggestions against some of the problems Shown by the case. Finally, put forward some relevant countermeasures and Suggestions about this new financing model on the internet.
