摘要：21世纪以来，伴随着经济全球化进程的不断深化，教育服务贸易日益受到各国的青睐。为了我国服务贸易的未来发展，关注和扶持教育服务贸易的意义不言而喻。然而，逆差大、结构失衡、核心竞争力匮乏的现状日益成为制约着中国教育服务贸易快速发展的瓶颈。本文从教育服务贸易四个主要体现形式—境外消费、商业存在、跨境支付和自然人流动入手，并以中国高等教育服务贸易领域为例，通过与教育服务贸易“领头羊”美国的高等教育服务贸易发展进行整体对比，总结出中国教育服务贸易特点、存在问题和发展方向。同时借鉴国际成功经验，为中国教育服务贸易发展探寻出一条行之有效的新路。并对我国教育服务贸易未来发展趋势进行预测。48693

Comparative study on the education service trade of China and the United States

ABSTRACT ： Since the 21st century, with the further deepening of economic globalization degree, education service trade increasingly brought to the attention of the countries. As great importance to the education service trade and research for the future development of China's service trade matters. However, large deficit，structural imbalance, lack of the current situation of the core competence become the bottle neck of China's education service trade rapid development. This paper from four main body education service trade form, consumption abroad, commercial presence, cross-border payments and the movement of natural persons, and in higher education services trade, for example, with the education service trade "leader" in the United States higher education service trade comprehensive comparison, it is concluded that China's education service trade characteristics and existing problems, and draw lessons from international successful experience, for our country's  education services trade development to find an effective way. And to predict the future trend of education service trade in China.
