摘 要：我国是世界上老龄化现象最严重的国家，并且老龄化趋势还在不断增强，老龄化已经成为不容忽视的一大难题。老龄化给养老机构带来了发展的机遇，入住养老机构的老年人愈来愈多，养老产业呈现一片欣欣向荣之势。然而无锡市老龄化速度非常迅速，为缓解与日俱增的养老压力，无锡市的民办养老机构逐渐兴起。本文将对民办养老机构的概念和当前无锡市民办养老机构的发展现状进行描述，剖析其在有效需求、资金来源、人员配备、管理机制、政策扶持和机构用地这六个方面存在的问题，并与其实际发展状况相结合，有针对性地提出可行之策。70892

Abstract：China is the country of the most serious aging phenomenon all over the world, and the aging trend is still increasing, aging has become a major problem can not be ignored. Pension institutions have brought development opportunities, a growing number of elderly persons would like to live in pension institutions, pension industry has a thriving trend. However, the aging in Wuxi develops especially rapidly. To alleviate the growing pressure on pension institutions, private pension institutions in Wuxi is rising gradually. This research will describe the concept of private pension institutions in Wuxi and the current development of private pension institutions in Wuxi, then analyze the problems that exist in the effective demand, the funding, the staffing, the management mechanisms, the policy support and the lands of institutions. Eventually this research will put forward the feasibility solutions with pertinence according to the practical development situation of private pension institutions in Wuxi.

1 引言
随着科学的进步和经济的发展，我国居民的平均寿命越来越长，以致于人口老龄化问题日益加剧和突出。作为世界上较早出现老龄化现象的欠发达国家中的一个，我国同时也是全球老龄化现象最严重的国家，截止至2015年末，我国大约有1.43亿65岁以上的老年人，占总人口比例为10.4% 。截止至2015年末，江苏省无锡市有120万超过60岁的老年人，达户籍人口的25.2%，与上一年相比，增加了4.98%。据推测，未来5年，无锡市将会有越来越多的老年人，老年人占无锡市总人口的比重将持续增大 。在我国常见的养老方式除了最传统和广泛的居家养老，还有机构养老。老龄化给无锡市机构养老的发展带来了机遇，越来越多的老年人入住养老机构，无锡市养老产业呈现一片欣欣向荣之势。然而无锡市老龄化速度尤为迅速，仅公办养老机构和家庭养老根本不足以满足老年人的养老需求。为缓解与日俱增的养老压力，近几年来，在无锡市委、市政府扶植养老产业发展的相关政策下，民间资本不断注入养老机构，无锡市的民办养老机构逐渐兴起，为无锡市养老服务业的发展开创了新的局面。论文网 无锡市养老机构现状及对策:http://www.youerw.com/jingji/lunwen_80379.html
