摘要随着时代的不断发展，为了缓和人地矛盾，解决城市化飞速发展带来的住房难的问题，高层住宅物业逐步出现在了人们的视野，其发展趋势不断地扩大。但随着人们生活水平的不断进步，要求着与之相适应的高层次物业水平，这就会导致一系列的不可避免的问题的出现。73426
本文主要从当前高层物业开发管理在社会上的现状入手，剖析当前高层住宅物业的开发管理现状，并对在现状调查中出现的主要问题进行分析，根据自己学习的知识和参考的文献提出相应的解决对策，为高层物业开发建设的健康顺利发展提供一些可参考的依据。
