摘要最近几年,传统窗帘行业的发展受到经济危机和电子商务的冲击很大,在电子商务加速发展的今天,传统窗帘行业转型升级是必定的趋势。从 2009 年开始,许多传统窗帘企业开始思考加入“触电”的潮流,纷纷寻求多样化的电商之路。但是,到现在为止,成功转型的传统窗帘企业微乎其微。本文在探究其失败的原因的基础上,分析传统窗帘行业转型的得失分析,帮助企业从最开始认清其在电商发展道路中可能会遇到的阻碍,使企业能更好得进行开展电子商务。本文选取三家有代表性的窗帘企业的转型之路为研究对象,采用文献分析法、定性研究与定性研究相结合法,分析窗帘企业转型模式的内在联系与规律。通过作者深度调研、实地访谈等方式收集企业转型过程中遇到的问题和处理的办法。从互联网思维的转换、客户群体、客户体验和运营成本四方面分析其转型的得失,最后提出相应的建议。74225
