摘要农业土地规模化经营是农业现代化发展的必然要求和趋势。目前我国农业现代化正处于起步阶段，对农业土地规模化经营进行研究具有理论和实践意义。
本文选取了徐州市作为研究对象，通过走访周边乡镇，收集相关文献、年鉴和数据的方式，先对其农业土地规模化经营的总体现状进行概述，将徐州市主要经营模式分为家庭农场、产业村、股田制、土地入股、订单农业、能人带动六类，依次分析这些经营模式的优势、不足以及适用条件，进一步分析其存在的问题，研究结果表明，家庭农场是徐州最主要的农业土地规模化经营模式，股田制是发展前景最好、机械化水平最高、农民获得收益最多的一种模式，而能人带动是风险性最高，受到限制最多的模式。最后结合国内外规模化经营的成功案例，提出相关政策建议。75040
