摘要 随着时代发展，我国跨境电子商务如雨后春笋般的出现在大家的面前，并且每年都有增长的趋势。跨境电商给我国的贸易出口带来了优越的条件，它的发展带动了我国经济的增长，打开了我国的贸易市场。同时近几年，我国政府积极出台和完善政策体系来支持跨境电商的发展，但依然存在很多问题。本文通过对国内外跨境电商商业模式的分析和比较，总结概括发展中存在的主要问题，并在此基础上提出可能的政策建议，以期对未来我国跨境电商的健康发展提供一些思考和启示。76766
