摘要随着经济的不断发展，全球产业结构从“工业型经济”向“服务型经济”转型。高技术服务业是具有明显技术创新特征的新型服务业，正逐步发展成为促进传统产业升级、引导产业结构转型和转变经济增长方式的主导产业之一。印度的高技术服务业自经济改革以来发展迅速，以它为主的服务业成为拉动印度经济增长的首要动力。中国的高技术服务业总体呈增长态势，但增长速度缓慢，竞争力较弱。如何提高中国高技术服务业竞争力是一个极具现实意义的研究课题。76651

本文首先通过相关数据对中印高技术服务业出口的发展现状作了简单介绍。接着，通过国际市场占有率、贸易竞争优势指数、显示性比较优势指数三个指标对中印高技术服务业的出口竞争力进行比较分析，得出了中国高技术服务业出口竞争力弱于印度的结论。最后，文章选取了五个方面对中印高技术服务业出口竞争力产生差异的原因进行了分析，并对提高我国高技术服务业的出口竞争力提出了建议。

Abstract: With the continuous development of economy, the global industrial structure transition is from "industrial economy" to "service economy"。 High technology service industry (HTS) is a new type of service industry with obvious characteristics of technological innovation, HTS is gradually becoming one of the leading industries promoting the traditional industry to upgrade, leading industrial structure transformation and changing the mode of economic growth。 Since the economic reform，India's HTS is developing rapidly, its service industry which mainly includes HTS is the primary motivation of economic growth。 From the overall,the HTS of china is increasing, but the growth is slow, and with less competitive。 How to enhance the competitiveness of China's HTS is a realistic subject。

Firstly,this paper made a brief introduction about China's and India's HTS export which based on the related data。Then, through the international market share index(IMS),trade competitive(TC),revealed comparative advantage index(RCA) to make a comparative analysis of China's and India's HTS export competitiveness, reached a conclution that the export competitiveness of China’s HTS is weaker than India's。 Finally, the paper analyzed the reasons those caused the differences on the export competitiveness of trade in HTS between China and India through five aspects, and also proposed some suggestions to improve China's export competitiveness in HTS trade。
