中小企业融资问题研究

摘要随着我国经济的快速发展，中小企业已经成为我国经济发展的重要力量。我国的中小企业的数量很多，分布也很广泛，但是生存的环境十分恶劣。中小企业面临很多的问题，比如：创新能力不够、管理十分不规范等诸多问题，其中融资问题已经成为了制约着中小企业发展和生存的“瓶颈”。 80442

本文首先分析了融资问题，融资的方式，研究的目的和意义以及国内外的研究现状和相关的融资理论，然后对中小企业融资问题原因进行分析，之后给出解决中小企业融资问题的对策，最后得出结论。

Abstract With the rapid development of our economy, small and medium-sized enterprises has become an important force in economic development in our country。 The number of small and medium-sized enterprises in our country many, distribution is very wide also, but the survival of the environment is very bad。 Small and medium enterprises face many problems, such as: innovation ability is not enough, management is not standard, and many other problems, including financing problem restricts the development of small and medium-sized enterprises have become the "bottleneck" and survival。

This paper first analyzes the financing problems, the financing way, research purpose and significance of the status quo of research both at home and abroad and the related financing theory, and then the author analyzes the reasons for small and medium-sized enterprise financing problems then gives the countermeasures to solve the problem of small and medium-sized enterprise financing, finally draw the conclusion。
