摘要：随着人们的需求逐渐扩大，交易支付方式都在随着需求的变化而变化，银行或者是信用卡的卡卡支付方式已不能满足人们的日常交易要求，于是，第三方支付的方式开始崛起，它如今在我们所常见的交易市场中成为佼佼者，而与之有关的第三方支付平台也成为不可或缺的一部分。在目前的金融市场上，满足消费者不同需求的不同种类的第三方平台应运而生，在这个电子交易的网络环境中，第三方平台有其优势，却也有其劣势，资金管理则是第三方平台中的劣势之一。资金管理对于任何企业或者个人而言都是非常重要的一块内容，而把握好资金管理在第三方平台中的应用是特别需要的，现在网络安全的漏洞以及不法分子被利益驱使，都使得第三方支付平台存在许多安全隐患。因此，本文主要研究关于资金管理在第三方平台中的应用以及对传统银行的冲击，就其优势与劣势来探讨关于第三方平台所存在的问题以及未来的发展。80568

The application of funds management in the third party platform
Abstract：As the needs of people gradually expand, the transaction payment mode changes with the change of demand, the bank or credit card payment method can not meet people's daily transaction requirements, so, the third party payment method began to rise, it is now in our common market in the leader, and the third party payment platform related to it become an indispensable part。 In the current financial market, different kinds of third-party platforms meet different needs of consumers。 In the network environment of e-commerce, third-party platform has its advantages, but also has its good aspects, fund management is one of the disadvantages of third-party platform。 Fund management is a very important content for any enterprise or inpidual, and grasp the application of fund management in the third-party platform is special needs, the vulnerability of network security and the interests of unscrupulous elements, make third-party payment platform has many security risks。 Therefore, this paper mainly studies the application of fund management in the third party platform and the impact to the traditional bank, its advantages and disadvantages to explore the third party platform problems and future development。
