摘要：随着工业4。0的到来，各国科技贸易交往和需求更加密切。上海在国家政策支持下，致力于在2020年建成具有全球影响力的科创中心，但是，科技贸易人才稀缺却成为了现今阻碍上海科技贸易发展的一大难题。教育作为培育科技人才最直接、重要的手段之一，如何建立有效的、符合当下时代要求的教育培训制度必须引起社会各界重视。本文通过学习借鉴国外知名科创中心教育培训制度的经验以及理性思考当前上海科技贸易培训制度的现状，运用统计方法、swot分析法等，对不同资料进行分析，比较发现上海教育培训制度发展现状的优势、劣势、机遇、挑战、瓶颈，提出相关对策建议，从而提出具体举措，以为上海科技贸易教育培训制度改革优化提供思路。80572

A Study on the International Disparity between Shanghai Science and Technology Trade’s Education and Training System

Abstract: With the coming of industry 4。0”, the communication and demand of science and technology trade between different countries are becoming more closely。 Shanghai, with the support of national policy, is committed to building a global influence science and technology center before 2020。 However, the scarcity of talent for science and technology has become a major problem which is hindering the development of science and technology trade in Shanghai。 Education as one of the most direct and important measures of cultivating relevant talents, the thought of how to establish an effective education system that meets the requirements and the domestic affairs must be paid attention to all circles of society。 This paper analyzes the current situation of Shanghai's science and technology trade training system by learning from the experience of foreign well-known education and training system, and analyzes the different data by using statistical methods and SWOT analysis method。 It also finds out the development of Shanghai education and training system advantages, disadvantages, opportunities, threats, put forward relevant countermeasures and suggestions, so as to put forward concrete measures, that the Shanghai science and technology trade education and training system reform optimization ideas。
