摘要：随着互联网时代的到来，移动互联网技术飞速的发展，伴随着大量新技术的出现和新经济体的到来，共享经济体系诞生，有利于解决我国过剩资源的闲置问题，以及供需关系的不平衡。本文以共享经济作为研究对象，剖析共享经济的成因及其其运作模式，对共享经济代表Uber 和Airbnb 两家公司案例分析，通过多个角度总结共享经济的商业模式，比较分析其优劣势，期望能在新的领域开创共享经济模式时提供一定的理论基础。81033
