摘 要：毛绒玩具产业是扬州的传统产业和主要出口产业。近年来，扬州毛绒玩具产业发展前景良好，开始形成“企业集群，产业集聚”的新格局，但是同时存在不可忽视的问题。本文先介绍了扬州毛绒玩具的发展近况，然后介绍了毛绒玩具出口的现状以及重点分析了目前扬州毛绒玩具出口存在的一些问题：技术含量低、质量问题堪忧、缺乏品牌意识、生产成本增加等，最后，针对以上阻碍扬州毛绒玩具发展的因素提出解决对策，如加强技术创新研究、树立品牌意识、积极应对国外技术性壁垒、政府扶持产业发展等。81572

Abstract: Plush toy is Yangzhou's traditional industry and the main export industry。 In recent years, Yangzhou plush toys industry has good prospects for development, beginning to form the new pattern of "enterprise clusters and industrial concentration ",at the same time problems cannot be ignored。 First ,this article introduces the development status of Yangzhou plush toys, and then introduces the present export situation of the plush toy and analyzes some problems existing in Yangzhou plush toy currently: low technology content, the serious problem of quality, lacking of consciousness of brands and increasing the cost of production etc。Last, putting forward the solutions to the factors that hinder the development of Yangzhou plush toys, such as strengthening the research of technological innovation, setting brand consciousness, dealing with foreign technical barriers and the government supporting of industrial development etc。

1 引言
