摘 要：天合光能是全球光伏的领先企业，随着各国政府对光伏产业的重视与扶持，如今天合光能在全球的市场份额日益壮大。为了适应未来的发展趋势，天合也在做不断的技术创新。本文通过对天合光能光伏产品的出货量和出口的描述，结合案例与数据分析了天合光能组件国际竞争力。并结合天合光能光伏产品在出口中遇到的问题，如欧美“双反”、光伏补贴价格下调等政策限制。深入探讨了天合在面临这些问题时的解决方案，即退出价格承诺机制实施海外建厂、提高产品质量等，并根据现阶段国内外光伏激励政策，公司自身的开发创新，人才培养机制、新兴市场开拓这些方面来对公司未来的发展作出了探析。81573

Abstract：Trinasolar is a world leading enterprise in PV industry。 Nowadays, with the support of government, Trinasolar has become a leading enterprise in PV industry and has been stronger and stronger in the global market。 In order to adapt to a new trend, Trina is also focusing on the technical innovation constantly。 Base on the cost and profit analysis methods, the essay analyzes the present situation of the exportation and future trend of Trinasolar。 Also, combine with the problems in the process of exportation, such as anti-dumping measures, price commitment mechanism。 Besides, facing with the problems, Trina deeply discusses the solutions to overcome them, such as exit to the price promise, build factories oversea, etc。 Last but not least, according to the aspects of domestic and foreign incentive policy, innovation and brand value, the essay also makes a promising analysis to Trinasolar。
