摘要近年来，P2P网络金融呈现火热发展的趋势，作为金融创新的产物，P2P网络借贷相比于传统的资金借贷模式具有便捷、灵活、成本低等突出特点，在金融市场上发挥举足轻重的作用。然而频繁出现的P2P平台倒闭事件让投资者惶恐的同时也让我们意识到网络借贷模式的不成熟与不完善，优化P2P网络借贷模式、保证P2P网络金融健康发展迫在眉睫。文章从P2P网络金融的本质入手，从成交量、交易人数、平台数量等方面分析其发展现状、预测其发展趋势，并结合具体案例分析P2P网络金融存在的各种风险，最后从监管、行业、平台自身和投资者等方面总结出控制风险的有效措施，旨在促进平台的阳光化发展。83060

Title Development status and risk prevention countermeasures of P2P network finance                                       

Abstract In recent years,the development tend of P2P network finance is very hot,compared with the traditional mode of lending, P2P lending is more convenient,more flexible, and costs lower, as a product of financial innovation,it plays an important role in the financial market。However the frequent appearance of P2P platform collapse makes investors fear, also allows us to realize that P2P lending is immature and imperfect,so it is imminent to optimize the P2P network lending model and ensure the healthy development of the P2P network finance。This paper starts with the nature of P2P network finance, analyzes the development status and forecast the development trend from the volume, the number of transactions, the number of platforms and so on, then combine with specific cases to analyze  the risks existing in P2P network finance, finally sum up the effective measures to control risk from  the aspects of  regulation,industry, platform itself and investors inpidual, thus promoting the transparency development of P2P platforms。
